Hey! I'm Yanise and I created Fire Fitness to help women feel confident in the body that God gave them. I became passionate about personal training through my own journey with fitness since 2021. After being in the military for 6 years, I got out and gained 50 pounds in 4 months. This was the most I have ever weighed in my life. It completely changed how I felt about myself and how I looked.
When I decided to focus on health and fitness, I saw the drastic change it had on not only my body, but my mental state as well. I strive to help all women achieve the same accomplishment and live a long and fulfilling life through customized personal training. Fitness freed me and I would love to help you on this journey to join me!
You'll receive a full exercise training plan specifically created to help you reach your goals. It suits anyone from beginner to expert and can be modified to suit your current fitness level. The exercise program will target all major muscle groups as well as improve cardiovascular fitness. As you go through the program, the intensity will increase and you'll start to see a major transformation.
Nutrition planning is 80% of the battle and the major focus for achieving your fitness goals. If this is where you struggle, don't worry! You'll get customized meal guidance that fits your needs and doesn't leave you starving or exhausted. I'll calculate the calories you need based on your height, weight, and activity levels. Your meal plan will include breakfast lunch, dinner, and snacks. I take all the guess work out!
Trying to get my body and confidence back after having my baby has been one of the hardest things ever. Adjusting to being a new mom & trying to get to the gym has been a challenge. My mom met Yanise and told me she was a personal trainer etc. I finally decided it was time and my mom got us in contact. I’m sooo thankful they crossed paths.
For a year I have been trying to feel like myself and just get back in shape. I have been working with Yanise for a month & I can already notice a difference. I actually noticed it the first 2 weeks. I now enjoy looking in the mirror and even eating healthier now. To put the icing on the cake all the workouts are done at home and I’m able to still be home with my son. I’m so excited to look at my pics and how I’ve changed from the beginning to end.

Online programming is a method used in personal training that allows you to work out on your own time and have more flexibility with your schedule. You will still get accountability through weekly message check ins and monthly calls.
It's all based on the preference of the individual. I create home based and gym workout plans from beginner to expert with or without equipment. If you prefer the gym, we can customize that as well!
I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, focusing on not only nutrition and exercise, but also increasing self esteem, self love, and overall self-care. I work collaboratively with my clients to create personalized plans that fit their unique needs and lifestyles to reach their goals.

The short answer is yes. You must to commit to a minimum of 3 months to show you are dedicated to changing your lifestyle. You will not get the results you want in 30 days and those changes won't stick. Commit to yourself and get the results you deserve.
